Cuban artist Paquito D’Rivera has been performing since he was seven years old. In the early 70s, he formed the Orchestra Cubana Musica Moderna with pianist Chucho Valdés. In subsequent years, the sympathetic musician made more than 30 solo albums and won as many as nine Grammy Awards.
