Lineup Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival 2025 complete
The Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival proudly presents the final additions to this year’s line-up. Ryan Castro joins the bill on Friday, August 29, while Tems and Koffee are confirmed for Saturday. This completes the program, with earlier announcements including Gilberto Santa Rosa, Kool & The Gang, NE-YO, Ricky Martin, and Snoop Dogg.
Colombian rapper, singer and songwriter Ryan Castro started his professional career in 2017, promoting his music in YouTube and Soundcloud. After Monastery, a duet with fellow Colombian artist Feid, he scored solo hits with songs such as Mujeriego and Jordan, with the latter hitting over 400 million views on YouTube. Castro firmly put himself on the map as one of the nuevo generación (new generation) of musicians emerging from Latin America. His debut album, El Cantante Del Ghetto, was released in 2024.
A self-taught Nigerian singer-songwriter, arranger and producer, Tems got involved with music early. Her boundary-blurring sound of Afropop, R&B, soul and reggae earned her a No. 1 hit on the Nigerian Apple Music Chart in 2020 with the single Damages, taken from her debut EP For Broken Ears. The singer has collaborated with greats such as Beyoncé, Drake, Khalid and Future. Her long-awaited debut album, 2024’s Born In The Wild, was met with rave reviews. She was nominated three times at the latest Grammy Awards and her single Love Me JeJe received the Grammy for Best African Music Performance.
Koffee, also known as Original Koffee, is a singer, songwriter, rapper, and guitarist from Jamaica. Her 2019 debut EP Rapture won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album, making Koffee both the youngest person and only woman to be awarded in the Best Reggae Album category. She was named by Elle magazine as one of “10 Trailblazing Women Changing The Future You Need To Know” in 2020. Her debut album, Gifted, was released in 2022 to rave reviews.
