1. WHO CAN OBTAIN THE PRESS ACCREDITATION CARD ?
The accreditation is for critics and journalists covering arts & culture or travel on a regular basis. Accreditation is granted only to professionals assigned by recognized media to cover the Festival.
2. DEADLINE AUGUST 1, 2011
You need to apply for an accreditation before august 1.
3. USING THE ACCREDITATION CARD
The accreditation card is necessary to enter the festival press room and premises as well as to have access to press conferences. It is mandatory to have your card with you at all time during your coverage of the Festival. The accreditation card is strictly personal, and not transferable. In case of misuse, it will be confiscated. The accreditation card will not be replaced in case of theft or loss. The press card is valid only for this year’s edition of the Festival.
4. TO OBTAIN THE ACCREDITATION CARD
Please COMPLETELY fill out the request form. All data fields of the form are mandatory.
5. ONLY COMPLETE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Only the requests complying with all conditions mentioned on this form shall be accepted.
6. FREELANCERS
Freelancers will not be accredited unless they are assigned by recognized media and meet all other requirements.
7 NOTIFICATION
If your request is accepted your will receive your accreditation minimal two weeks before the festival.
