Fundashon Bon Intenshon
The Foundation “Fundashon Bon Intenshon”, established in Curacao, was founded in 1990 and is co-organizer and only sponsor of the Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival.
Since its foundation, the Fundashon, from a social commitment supported several projects in the fields of education, culture, sport, poverty, health and tourism. The focus of support is in particular in the field of creating better opportunities for young people in disadvantaged situations. In addition, there is through targeted advertising campaigns, invested in the transmission of a positive outlook on the active and talented Antilleans within the Kingdom.
The campaign which the Fundashon since the season 2008-2009 the main sponsor is of the Premier League football club NEC, alongside promotion of Curacao, also referred to as a training platform for talented Antillean youth players and coaches. In the meanwhile there are 4 youth players in training and now there are 3 trainers doing their practical training at NEC. From NEC regular basis expertise is delivered to upgrade on a structural base the (youth) football in the Netherlands Antilles.
The new campaign, in which the Fundashon, in cooperation with Mojo Concerts and Does Travel & Cadushi Tours, will organize the Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival, fits perfectly with the previous trajectories. Herewith the island of Curacao in all its aspects will get special attention from international music lovers.
